Hydie Pallier Dip Perf Arts, Cert IV (Workplace Assessment & Training), Cert IV (Massage Therapy)
Having worked at DMA for 12 years, Hydie continues to be a valued member of the team on a full time basis and head of training. After sustaining an injury while performing in 1994 she commenced Pilates at DMA and went on to complete the DMA instructor training programme. Hydie has gone on to develop extensive experience and knowledge and has taught Pilates at various studios and fitness centers in Melbourne and overseas. She has helped implement the Clinical Pilates system in a variety of physiotherapy clinics and conducted workshops for physiotherapy students at the Curtin University, WA. Currently she is head trainer of the Clinical Pilates instructor programme. Hydie is passionate about French and after living, instructing and continuing her studies in Switzerland recommenced her work at DMA in Clinical Pilates, her other passion, when she returned.
Dominic Trimboli B.App.Sc (Human Movt) Grad Dip (Ex. Rehab)
Dom has been one of DMAs most experienced and well respected instructors for over 17 years. He has developed an extensive knowledge in sports science and rehabilitation working with many sporting teams including AFL & Soccer Federation. He has developed a strong client following in all areas of sports and general rehabilitation and shares his passion for Clinical Pilates with development of hydrotherapy programmes and production of training aids. He is a keen traveller and has been to the far ends of the earth to satisfy this passion.
Tina Yong B.Sc. DipEd
Tina has been a valued and well respected member of the DMA team for the last 7 years. Born in Sarawak, Malaysia, Tina moved to Australia in 1979 and studied dance at the Victorian Ballet School taking classes in ballet, character and contemporary dance. Tina was a founding member of the Chandrabhanus Bharatam Dance Company and appeared in many productions up till 1996. As an independent artist she appeared with the Victorian State Opera and in works of a number of Australian choreographers including Don Asker & Kim Walker. Her studies have also seen her graduate with a Bachelor of Science and Diploma in Education.

Lauren Romeo Dip Remedial Massage, Cert III (Fitness), L1 Sports Trainer
With her depth of understanding in anatomy and physiology and 13 years experience of intensive dance training with numerous world class dancers and choreographers, Lauren began studying Clinical Pilates instruction at DMA in 2007. She felt it was the perfect career pathway, working with physiotherapists using Clinical Pilates rehabilitation & exercise programmes to complement her current studies in myotherapy. Laurens love of dance saw her complete a Cert III at the Graduate College of Dance in Perth WA for which she received an honour certificate. She went on to study classical ballet at the National Theatre Ballet School. She now specializes in dance and remedial massage and offers this service at DMA.
