New patients may also be asked to complete a screening form prior to their first appointment to ensure you receive the appropriate level of care immediately.

Arriving late may unfortunately shorten your treatment time. We regret keeping any client waiting; therefore we need to adhere to all booking times.
need to cancel?
A fee will be incured on all services cancelled if less then 24 hours notice is provided.
attire for treatment
Our primary concern is your total care. When seeing a physiotherapist some clothing may need to be removed. If having a massage clothing will also need to be removed. Our professional therapists are trained to drape towels/sheets to ensure your complete comfort and relaxation.
For workouts, loose/comfortable clothing is recommended; Separate Male and Female change rooms are available, with lockers for personal belongings. Please do not bring valuables with you as management cannot accept responsibility for their loss. It is required that you wear socks which can be purchased from dma reception.
mobile phones
To ensure that all clients have a stress free time with us; we respectfully request that noise is kept to a minimum. Mobile phones, pagers and any other electronic devices are not suitable to our environment and we ask that you do not use them in the clinic. All devices are to be turned off before entering the premises. We appreciate your co-operation.
