cancellation policy for courses

All cancellations are to be made in writing. If you are unable to attend you may transfer to another course without penalty. Up to 8 weeks prior to course date a 90% refund applies, up to 2 weeks prior to course date a 50% refund applies. All cancellations will incur a minimum of $50.00 AUD administration fee per level. No refund will be given to cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to course date.
